  1. Respecting the provisions of Provincial Law No. 176 (which regulates the approach to marine fauna) the vessels will approach the islands one at a time.<\/strong><\/li>\n
  2. The vessel will approach the islands at the lowest possible speed<\/strong> that is compatible with the safety of navigation and its maneuverability.<\/li>\n
  3. If more than one boat is found in areas<\/strong> close to any of the colonies, the captains will agree on a distance between them that does not disturb the visit.<\/li>\n
  4. For the Bridges Islands and Les Eclaireurs<\/a> the distance between the boat and the island is not It must be less than 5 meters (for smaller vessels) and 10 meters (for larger vessels).<\/li>\n
  5. The approach to the penguin colony<\/strong> of Martillo Island allows stranding because it has beaches suitable for maneuvering, with no known negative consequences<\/strong> to date for the conservation of birds and their nests.<\/li>\n
